My MBCR course offers a safe space for you to discuss any and all emotions related to your cancer treatment as well as receive peer support and connection. Limited to only 10 members, this intimate group space provides the necessary tools and support to move beyond cancer treatment and toward a life of purpose, connection and peace.
With Lindsay's support, I was able to accept the "new me" after cancer. My relationship with my husband is improving and I am getting back into an exercise routine. I still have a long ways to go but I am finally moving in the right direction!
