I have helped hundreds of women from diagnosis through survivorship and I can assure you, everyone's story is different.

If you have just been diagnosed and feel lost and overwhelmed, I can help.

If you have made it through treatment and live in fear every day of the cancer returning, I can help.

If you are embracing a new outlook on life and have a strong desire to make healthier lifestyle changes, I can help.

Read more below about different ways we can work together to achieve your goals.

01.
THE CLUB: VIP MEMBERSHIP
Facebook groups are great for connecting with others, but can also be a source of misinformation and fear. While I love the community that Facebook groups offer, I wanted to take that one step further and offer a group that has direct access to accurate, up to date information in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Within the VIP membership, you will be in a tight knit community of other women with breast cancer in addition to having direct access to me for an added layer of support.

I host bimonthly Q&A sessions as well as answering questions within the group so that you have access to the most up to date research in a way that is digestible and relevant to you.

03.
MINDFULNESS BASED CANCER RECOVERY(MBCR)
Stress and anxiety impact nearly everyone with a cancer diagnosis at some point in their journey. For many, the fear of the cancer returning or progressing can be disruptive to daily life and at times, completely debilitating.

The MBCR program is a multifaceted 9 week program adapted from Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program to fit the needs of the cancer survivor.

MBCR utilizes the principles of body awareness, meditation and mindfulness, and gentle yoga poses to reduce stress and achieve reintegration following cancer treatment.

If you'd like to learn more about the program, click the link below. Enrollment is open in June for an August start. Only 10 spots available.

Lindsay was a huge resource to me. Having her guide me through my diagnosis and check in with me throughout the process and afterward provided me with peace during a time that I was lost. The fact that she is a nurse and I am nurse made me feel even better. It made me feel like I could do it and still practice in the profession that I love. She has touched my life. I can never thank her enough
